the answer is: they are the same in manila and cebu.

the darkest asian women i had were from indonesia and madagascar.

back then in batam i met a girl who was literally dark like an african but without the bulbous nose and afro hair. just straight asian hair. that's probably what you want, i can send you a pic of her if you like.

madagascar is similar because they came from indonesia originally. but nowadays they are even darker on average because of course they mixed with africans.
