which countries can u smoke weed in

title, i need to know which countries where it's easy to get good weed, I'm thinking south america or africa probably. Or i could smuggle weed plant seeds and grow it myself when i move and live in a different country. I love coping with weed so i definitely need it.

In Canada almost all "illegal" drugs are legal or easy to get but living here is expensive + hypergamy.

tbh easy access to drugs is one of the only redeeming qualities of this country.
