i'm talking about the average guy i see, by their mid 30s they look like shit, and their wife too

at that age you can get late 20s women which still look very good, it's just not the most common, at least in the west

30s are far from over if you have at least somewhat decent genetics and lifestyle (no hairloss, staying lean, taking care of your skin). Even your 40s can be good if you have been serious about anti-age maxing, and do serious looksmaxing efforts.
