alimony isnt mandatory in thailand and has to do with legally married people anyway. Thai courts arent going to pursue child support from a foreign national, its a waste of time and the limited resources of the state. Might be a little different if you were a permanent resident and domiciled there, but in general, not a thing to worry about.
