what i learned very early on in my geomaxing career is that chinese coastal cities have the best quality
After autistically watching a lot of street view videos id say the worthy areas are the Dongbei provinces, Zhejiang and Suzhou, and the greater Sichuan Area(includes Chongqing and Hunan). Of course the big 4 are great as well.
