I have like 2k per month spare and no idea what to spend it on.

I don't want to get a deposit on a house until my income is much higher. Impossible to buy something decent these days on an average salary without a partner.

I don't want to buy a nice car, because im semi autist so materialistic stuff seems stupid to me.

I don't go out much.

I don't want any surgeries tbh, even softmaxxing my teeth are fine. Hair is easy to get cut and dyed, same with eyebrows shaped up etc..

I can't afford to buy a business or anything

I don't want to do any bullshit like "investing" where you make 7% on 20k per year which is nothing

What should I spend my 2k per month on?

I preferably want it to be on something that will make me more money.

So I was thinking like put 2k per month into creating a business.

But like.. how do you even do that? I interviewed some people but they seemed too braindead to be left to their own working on my business. I don't have the time to run one as I'm working full-time and need my weekends to unwind.

Wtf do I do with my money?

save

saving is low T

yea at my 2k per month savings will do nothing. what can i use it for to increase my income?

also 2k should be enough, just read the link above

Save 75 percent of it, gamble the other quarter into shit coins and take out half of the investment at double

look for a high interest bank account. In indo you can get accounts as high as 15 or 20%.

or short term accounts for 7% monthly. meaning if you put in 10k for one month, you get 700 dollars interest. the only annoying thing is you gotta sign contract every month. to keep the money rollin.

but one catch in indo. you have to have a kitas (thats a visa like a retirement visa, remote worker visa, working visa) . But there are other countries and other banks that offer similar yields. You just gotta find them.

in 2 months i am getting my kitas finally, remote worker. And im immediately going to wire 20k to a 7% interest per month account. Making 1400 USD a month, minus taxes and live in indo for free. that's rent, food and entertainment.

my rent is 250 a month (one bedroom, nice place. i will take photos at some point, when im unlazy).
good area, close to a red light district and huge party zones.
food (keto) is less than 400 a month. and the rest goes to having fun

20% in USD?

20% in USD?
no, they offer LOWER interest in USD.

i dont' mind recieving indo dollars. after all, it's what i use here. Im not worrying about the exchange rate of USD if i travel. I have a cayman bank account for that.

its' about receiving money every month to pay my indo bills

yeah they offer 20% because the currency sucks, that's why

yes, but if your paying in the local currency. who cares?

as i said, im not looking at investing OUTSIDE of indo. So i can get 3% of USD money
or 20% of indo money. Which one is the smarter bet IF your spending it in indonesia?

you could have video games developed for you and sell them online. (high risk high reward)

Gamedev has very shitty profit margins. The main benefit is that it's fun which, if you're paying someone to do it, doesn't really factor in much. If you want to develop software the highest margin options are going to be lightweight, specific programs for tooling. For example, a tool that converts .pdf files into .txt files.

How in the world is a bank able to offer 7% monthly? Even 20% annual is absurd, I have a very hard time believing there's legitimate operations giving u 7% a month, as that would more than double your money on an annual basis. Everyone would be doing that if it were a thing. Careful you don't get scammed.

because inflation there is crazy, they give you 20% but currency loses 25% per year lmao

It's really not tho, in 20 years idr has only lost half it's value relative to the usd. At those rates, within 2 years you're already far ahead of investing in usd markets. Higher risk markets offer potentially slightly higher returns, but not nearly that magnitude. The currency would have to devalue over 50% annually for those rates to make sense. At 7% monthly, compounding, you're getting 2.25x returns annually.

yeah i mean those % are obviously high risk, he talks about free money when it's not
it was more of a general comment about investing in volatile currencies
