this video is why china (and east asia to some extent) has the future, and sea/sa/latam doesn't

they don't care about bullshit, they just care if something works

it's more of a mindset thing than a western thing or a race thing. because it's more prevalent in the west (and china), there's more development in these places

so i don't think vietnam would be better with 100% certainty. there's been a lot of western dominance in the world and there's only few places with leaders smart enough to make something out of it (eg singapore, botswana, china). but who knows!
