If a guy is truly ugly and with an attractive woman he is probably betabuxxing. I think a lot of guys in these spaces are bad at rating though, remember that 74% of Americans are obese or overweight. Simply not being fat and having a decent head of hair automatically makes you top 40% unless you are really disfigured.

Anyways, I see mid dudes with attractive women all the time. I know several men and women IRL in relationships like this. Usually the guy is charismatic, has a decent career, and has a large co-ed social network.
