You didn't ask me, but I will give you the objectively best takes.

Immigration should be limited and highly selective, and exclude muslims.

Usa has the best gun laws in the world and people who want gun control are retarded weak pussies.

The death penalty is fine in theory as certain crimes obviously deserve it, but the reality is you will NEVER have a perfect system and will always have cases of innocent people being executed so it should be abolished. Also the government shouldn't be allowed to murder it's own citizens.

Immigration:
I don't have a problem with it. My family are immigrants but I was born in the United States.
I grew up around immigrants, a lot of the families that my family knew were immigrants too. They were always good to me.
My neighborhood has a lot too, they are nice to me. I fell off my bike and got a concussion a couple years back, this immigrant guy barely spoke English but he ran over to help me up even though I didn't know him and he was with his young kid. Acted like I was a brother.
Also the news has lied and made up fake stories about immigrant killers, I've exposed it before.
That being said, I'm ambivalent about tons of unvetted immigration, especially seeing what has happened in some parts of Europe with Muslim immigrants but in general I don't have a negative view on immigration. More like neutral or positive. People should speak English and not be religious extremists, immigrant or not. That is my view.
Gun rights:
I think people should have them but some protections against bad actors aren't a bad idea. I don't think gun control is a solution to gun violence though.
It's sad though how you get into a bad argument with a stranger in this country and risk getting a gun pulled on you.
I hate gun culture too, people who are gun fanatics should be on federal agency watchlists. No different than being obsessed with knives and killing.
Guns have one principal purpose and that is to kill. So, I'm not entirely against some gun control measures. It doesn't personally affect me too much either way because I think I'm not even able to legally obtain a firearm. Probably a bad idea saying this in case I decide to illegally obtain a firearm someday, lol. I have no intention of it though. Guns seem like a good buffer against government tyranny. So I think they should stay for now.
Death penalty:
I am ambivalent about it. Not totally against it in theory but there's too many cases where innocent people are executed. If we could hypothetically know for absolute certain someone did it, maybe it's okay. But I don't think we can ever be that sure so I don't think the death penalty should be allowed but prisoners should have access to medicinally assisted suicide like access to barbiturates and they can meet with their family before they die for example. At least those with very long or life sentences,

Really loaded response tbh. A lot of people who want control just don't want themselves or others they care about to be killed randomly. Not saying they are right or wrong but saying they're retarded and weak isn't true. I say this as someone who has done target practice as at a range before. Guns aren't all that fun from my memory.

Why not say something substantive? I'm indicating I'm not afraid of guns I'm just a sensible individual. Saying everyone who wants gun control is afraid of guns is dishonest and even if it were true, does not discount their points. Are you a gun cultist?

It's not a rhetorical question and I'm not in favor of it. I'm just asking why you called it murder. I think it should be abolished, imagined you get framed for a crime that warrants the death penalty. Then you're killed and they find out you're innocent. It's not like they can bring you back.

That's good. I hate gun culture. I'll look into the empirics on how useful guns are as self defense. I have not given it as much thought I have abortion for example, which I have a pretty settled view on.
