To all you surgery fraudsters: Would you actually confess if a girl asked you if you’ve had work done?

I am asking the surgery fraudsters of this forum @nomad @AlexBrown84 @Marco Pumpo would you confess if she asked or lie?
I was thinking about getting surgeries but I would probably be too ashamed. maybe when they invent gene surgeries so my surgery is backed up by DNA and my children would not need to suffer as MTN. otherwise it is just another cope

technically i'm not a cosmetic surgery fraudster because it was medically indicated and paid by public insurance. i tell them that i did it because of sleep apnea and the reactions have been exclusively positive so far. they seem to admire the bravery of getting both jaws broken.

told one of them a while ago and she could not care less. even said she didnt see a difference . told a few other girls as well, bcs i dont care and they did not either. even blackpilled a girl once and made her want to get surgery. i am low inhib i dont feel any shame, i got work done so casually my doc even asked me how i was so chill and the assistants laughed at me bcs how badly i underestimated the healing process. i noticed that i did not gain nor lose anything from bringing it up so i see no reason to discuss it anymore
