As a foreigner it’s probably very difficult for it to not be a failo if you’re caught if you’re not running alt konnichiwarts fraudmaxxing game.
It’s pretty normalized for the foids but for men it’s way more subcultural (and gay). The colored ones are also pretty creepy and super obvious ime but maybe they can’t tell as easily on a foreigner

And yeah green vs blue prob barely matters. Nice try mate but it’s time to surgerymaxx

Never tried them but i feel like since asian girls are very used to wear them they can spot it pretty easily. Regarding natural colors in theory the brighter the better, doesn't really matter if green or blue (but it's quite rare to have a bright green color), if we are talking about color lenses maybe it's better to opt for a more modest tonality since bright lenses are uncanny imho

I use super realistic light eyes contacts and I was never caught, but I prefer to gatekeep the link, unless I am friend with the user in person
