No he's White. He said women aside the country kinda sucked-he went when they were having some sort of political issues and there was basically a civil war. He said that while the women were attractive and polite it was hard to meet them-most of the women on the apps are pros/scammers and you have to meet people through your social network. Also English isn't that widely spoken.

ethiopia is the only black phenotype that is very attractive

they look different than all the other african people (ok maybe somalis/eritrea look similiar but those countries are a no go)

just have a look how they look they have small cute features
