Looks starving myself

I naturally lost 20lbs recently and my zygos show now, just social anxiety from being in countries where people will eat in groups and restaurants don’t have good private seating
 
i don't have friends but i still need attention from women to properly function
How did the booze help in that regard?
Did you actually go out and hit some nightlife venues or was it just for texting/messaging women online?
 
If you're not trolling, you're going to lose more muscle than fat this way. The key is to keep your protein intake high, while cutting down on carbs.
Just accept that losing weight is going to take time and don't cut down on too many calories. Even if you get skinny (in a bad way) tomorrow, you know you're not going to fuck tomorrow. Might aswell take it slow.

Yeah he probably needs to combine it with strength training as well…
Cardio isn’t really relevant for weight loss, right?
Just for endurance training?
Not sure since I’ve seen lots of conflicting data about this over the years online…

cardio can actually have some decent pro-fat loss effects on it own, but it seems u dont need much for this adaptation, like 90 minutes a week of moderate intense cardio will prolly activate 70 percent of that fat loss effect which is mostly from mitochondrial biogenesis/ upregulation of fatty oxidation genes etc

Hmm, alright, but I’ve seen many online say that’s it’s completely unnecessary and that you only need lifting and other typical strength training methods lol

yeah its unnecessary, just like carbs are unnecessary for survival. But both of those help a lot. It depends on what you rae trying to achieve, excess cardio can be catabolic and break down muscle but if you go on runs , play a soccer game or two etc and dont do stupid stuff like marathons it will just mostly help your mitochondria, heart , improve energy production etc while also it shows good liver fat reduction
