The best place to meet Indian women in the world is probably unintuitively South Africa. Here are some reasons why IMO:
1. Almost everyone in South Africa speaks English, and pretty much 100% of Indian South Africans.
2. You get a small boost for being a Western foreigner in SA, especially if you are White or Indian.
3. SA sucks for like 90% of the population but is very nice to live in on a Western income.
4. IME it's easier to manage safety in a place like Cape Town than in Sao Paolo. There's around 1 million White, Indian, Malaysians, etc in Cape Town so it's easy to find safe areas.
5. The Indians in SA are way more Westernized than in India. No weird shit on their foreheads and they have no obvious odor.
6. A lot of the Indians in SA are mixed. IMO one of the attractive groups in the entire world is half Indian and half White.
