Advice renting a flat in bangkok

is this possible to rent a flat for less than a year?
every agent i spoke with require 1 year at least

where do you look for apartments??

A German guy told me this, Check air b&b listings and look for ones that are offered by a company. Then talk to that company directly instead of through Air B&B
