What're some of the best priced apps for short term rentals in Bangkok?

Airbnb is OK but I just know they're cheaper ways of renting short term but I'm unable to locate the websites. Locals rent apartments at around $140 per month in Bangkok. I don't fancy paying 3x that for the short term.

talking to the owners yourself

i’m from the great empire of america, where the previous owner of my apartment i rented had studied at he happened to study at uni in a state i lived in so we had much to converse about. i think this ended in him being swayed to give me extra things i asked for before i had signed my lease

walking down streets you would want to live at and see for rent signs
