No idea how anyone can ever say East asians are white skinned, after watching a kdrama. they're dark brown as fuck. not even "yellow"
 
okay if you live in any asia land. you will know they range from dark brown to super white

all depends, it's the entire reason why they adore white skin. Cause brown is working class. Rice farmers are dark as fuck. SO white shin is considered attractive cause you appear less working class.

its' the first thing indo girls say to me "you don't think im pretty, im brown"

They do insane shit to get white, like injecting themselves with vitamin b12 (i think its b12, you will have to google that one) it's a common vitamin, but it is supposed to make your skin white as fuck

poor girls will rub baby powder on their faces to appear more "white"

now dont' mistake white want for only western guys. It's why kpop is so popular with every asian country. Cause they find the guys with the whitest kinda fucking skin. chinese call this "porcelain skin"

so all the girls try to get these blemish free porcelain white faces. Me i will fuck a hot brown girl with a banging body any day.

My indo ex used to call it "maid skin" if you were brown

Geomaxxing 101 is to move to where your preferences are misaligned with the local beauty standards. I.e., if you prefer girls with darker skin (or have no preference regarding skin tone), go to a country where lighter skin is preferred. The SMV of darker-skinned girls will decrease, giving you more opportunities with them.

Unfortunately for me my beauty standards are practically rail-aligned with East Asian beauty standards...

I suspect when people say they don't like "dark skin" they actually mean they don't like the facial features that often coexist with dark skin.

Like wide noses, oversized lips, and wide/square jaws. You see them pretty often wherever dark skin is found. Particularly, as you move from East Asia to Southeast Asia, you see these phenotypes a lot more.

This is exactly what people usually mean. When I lived in Thailand, I found that "dark skin" girls who are conventionally attractive had a shit ton of legit suitors (high value white guys, asian guys, black guys, etc.) even though their skin tone was dark. One of my friends who runs a successful marketing agency living in BKK has a "dark skin" Thai gf but she is gorgeous. Legit stacey.

The vast majority of the mediocre passport bros score the typical mediocre "dark skin" girls that have those features you mentioned in Thailand.

Nah they're talking about skin color specifically.

I actually think skin colour matters more than facial features these days
 
Maybe for you. But the vast majority of men value face more than skin tone on a girl. After that is body. And after that is height. Skin tone is like 4th or 5th for most western guys.

Skin tone is no.1 or at least no.2 after face. Maximum no.3 after body but pretty sure no.1 or 2

spot on, it's actually facial features that people dont like, not skin tone

a tanned european is hot, a dark girl with bad facial features is not
