If you are recessed and have a neutral look on your face, it will always be interpreted as grumpy because the corners of your mouth are slanting downwards.

When you smile, they don’t point upwards but are just straight. So you‘d basically have to walk around fake smiling the whole fucking day just to be seen like normies are.

Now 1 month post surgery sometimes I see myself smiling in a mirror or a window reflection and my mouth is slanting upwards. It's mindblowing because that simply didn't exist before. This emoji always looked unrealistic to me:

Also I never knew that I always had a long defined ramus under the hood. It was just completely invisible all my life due to the jaw position.

And of course other subhuman shit comes along with it like snoring, sleap apnea and nasal voice.

Doesnt mean you won't need them again tbh a ton of people I talk to about it have been in braces before.

Since you're rich I assume you dont care about insurance but generally you schedule a doctor's appointment and ask to be referred to a surgeon since just about any decent surgeon will require a referral so their time isnt being wasted on people that dont need jaw surgery and because of insurance cuckoldry.

But places like turkey for example you schedule a consultation directly with the surgeon.

The easiest route in somewhere like burgerland though is to see an orthodontist who handles surgical cases since they'll know better/ have profit motive whereas some dumbfuck primary care doctor won't even know what you're talking about. They'll then refer you to the surgeon who will take hella scans and give you your surgical plan (movements, angles, shit like that) and maybe some morphs of what you'll approximately look like post-op.

You have to be very careful getting these surgeries in places like turkey because you basically have no recourse if they fuck your shit up.

In burgerland places like LAcoms are the best since they're heavily aesthetics focused, though retard level expensive.

But even if you are a candidate for djs (probably not) the aesthetic benefits over genio would be slight (10% approx) most likely. Not really worth it and could potentially benefit from other options like ramus/gonial implants or smth.

In my case for example getting genio or an implant wouldn't be aesthetically beneficial but in your case def was so imo djs isnt worth it for you assuming youre a candidate but if you're going for LL and shit like that maybe the extra 10% looksmax would be worth it.

facts. how can you be bp if you dont accept surgery. ascended myself with surgery 3 times already and did not regret it for even 1 second. hardmaxxing is law, the most desired people in the world all understand this. justin bieber, tom cruise, madison beer, blackpink, ronaldo, bella hadid, etc ALL hardmaxxed. you can go on and on but the list will be endless
