Which one would you pick? I think both have pros and cons and both sucks for dating but just think for a moment only about these two cities, which one would you say is better?

I believe that the only thing these cities offer is that they offer lots of job opportunities. But that's for people who are wage-slaves.
Aside from that, why would a man pay a 1,000% premium on real estate to live there? None of them even have a beach and if you're a man, you're in one of the worst dating markets in the entire world.
Since I'm a strong believer that happiness for a man is very correlated with the access to beautiful women, other cities are much better IMHO if somebody has a fully remote job.
I wouldn't pick either of them because I don't need a job, but if I was forced to choose it would be close. Maybe I'd pick NYC because salaries are higher but there are less paid vacation days in the US and less white girls around so I don't know for sure
