I would say it depends from what country. EE women like Belarusian and Ukrainian women value financial stability as much as looks even when they are young...especially the village girls. You just have to pick the lane that will have the highest probability of the result you are trying to get.

So basically, Belarusian women are Westernized in terms of dating culture too with their attitudes and standards on par with Western women. Because just 6 years ago, they cared less about looks and more about stability, and charm (personality) of the man. That's why I saw plenty of Belarusian men with average faces get with model-tier Belarusian women.
