If I get a remote tech job will I be with working with soyboys and doing online projects I assume. Just kill me tbh. Plus at best you need some certifications. I'm on the younger side and couldn't handle the thought of dropping $100k to be in debt at some Jewish Uni. Then studycelling 12 hours a day for HALF a decade for some Stem degree. Even then I fucked up the opportunity to go to a decent Uni. Plus it's about connections so even if I do studycuck for 5 years who is even gonna hire some easily replaceable codemonkey fresh outta Uni. With no connections or rep to his name.
Online business doesn't sound too bad. But in this age it seems to be a cliche. Realistically it will take years and some risks to even make a decent business. No one will buy my shit, everyone shops on Amazon, YouTube is impossible these days, maybe I'm being low IQ about this idk..
Is real estate even worth it, taking out a loan just to get raped by interest. I have some money on me to get a shitter house full off. But that could be risky.
