LOL no. Two or three people pick a random business they patronized and add the prices. Their choices are entirely subjective, and therefore the prices are not reflective of the country's average. The quality of a "restaurant meal, inexpensive" varies just as widely as its price from eatery to eatery, district to district, city to city, so even that is difficult to compare meaningfully. Same with the price of beer at a bar.
