Advice is learning korean necessary?

As someone who has TOPIK 5, it depends.
Korean definitely helps if you want to have a longterm relationship or make friends, but if you're just looking to hook up knowing korean wont really "help" you that much
What I mean by that is that, if you had to focus on something it's better on focusing on looksmaxxing, stylemaxxing, as that will get you better results, knowing korean is more like a bonus, even if you speak korean well, if your looks or whatever arent up to par it won't cover you.
There are a small amount of girls that are curious about foreigners and cant speak english well, and would prefer someone who spoke korean well, and those are definitely the best ones if you really do want to put in that effort, but most girls interested in foreigners could care less if they spoke korean well, and the ones who won't date foreigners, it doesn't matter how well you speak korean they still won't date you.

i wanna setup outposts all over asia and maybe latin america. i wouldn't say i wanna go all in on korea but it's mainly to keep options open. they're definitely better than japs i think

Yeah, out of china, korea and japan the average korean zoomer probably speaks english the best. Though it kinda seemed to me like out of those countries, an "average/normal" japanese girl would probably be more willing to date outside of their nationality compared to the "average" korean.

that's bizarre since i've had the opposite experience up to now. are korean guys just good at mateguarding?
