Recommendation Is Colombia actually cooked in 2026?

Thinking ab actually living there for 3-6 months. Maybe in Medellin, Bogota, or Cartagena. Esp since my family is from Barranquilla and I speak fluent Spanish so Id integrate somewhat well id hope

But all over r/passportbros and other ppb gurus on YT have all made videos about how Colombia finished and every MTB+ is a sex worker, very unsafe, COL getting significantly worse every year, etc.

No way it’s this bad. I’m hoping that most of the r/passportbros complainers are just oldcels and Sub MTNs complaining about how HTB+s are setting them up to betabuxx
 
it depends what you're looking for. if you're looking for a LTR then the same rules apply to every undeveloped country ie make sure she's educated, has a good income, and a decent family. also that you're looks and age matched. oldcels and blackcels allowed the hookers to flourish so they're all over tinder now

too many of my latino friends have told me that colombian and venezuelan girls are ruthless and have a bad reputation all over latin america

I think the main issue with Colombia is vetting the girls, as you are always scared of it being a setup
Bogota is a massive city with very few PPBs
Medellin is saturated if you dont speak spanish, not that many women there vs the amount of PPBs

Do you think LATAM in general is bad if ur not a fast talking loud giga NT mf or do you think a lot of women won’t care.

Cause in the US, Latinas punish non NT and/or introverted guys hard

i have been to 2 latam countries (non geomaxx trips), i speak decent spanish and know a lot of middle to high class girls from there

i would say it depends, if what you are going after are all those big boobs, big butt colombians that are semi p4p or betabuxxing, party girls, for those girls being NT/extroverted is very important... partying, dancing, flirting....

now if what you want is a decent and educated women, they are tired of the LATAM culture of being reckless, and are usually a lot more introverted but these ones will have high standards
as often times they live very well in their country and dont need any white guy to save them
they will want you to be educated, to have good class, to treat them well, to take good care of yourself... so dont expect to show up and fuck the hottest and best girls, thats not going to happen
 
but I would never choose Colombia tbh, its too sketchy and a waste of time if every time you want to go out with someone you need like 4 dates to be able to be safe, and even then its still risky
women are some of the hottest but not worth it

i would rather hit mexico, chile, peru, brasil...

How long do you think LATAM has left until it’s as bad as the US?

I feel like the southern cone + Mexico prob has 5-10yrs left. Rest of LATAM prob has 10-20yrs left.

Well now that I think ab none of 2nd-3rd countries will prob ever be as bad as US unless they have an economic boom in the near future + feminist social media trends aren’t powerful enough on their own to undo the naturally more collectivist, social, and sexual cultures that are prevalent in most of LATAM.

Plus with the southern cones more expensive flight price tag for most US/Eurocels and lack of strong brothel infrastructure (Medellin tier) and p4p culture, and language barrier, I think southern cone will always be a bluer ocean compared to places like Mexico and Colombia that have been cooked for years
 
Bogota looks nice to bring some Asian ting with you and live there

I wouldn’t want a Latina, can’t handle allat with my pencil dick, plus I would have to abuse pregabalin for her to like being around me

hard to say but there's a few LATAM countries that are being saturated quickly, Mexico and Colombia comes to mind
but there's many countries with basically 0 white people living there such as Peru, Bolivia....
 
I have a friend who spent some time there and had an LTR. He's short and 3/10 white. He looks like a child that's old looking at the same time, like the guy who plays Norm in the Fallout TV show but with a much rounder face and no jawline. He was admittedly paypigging a girl's expenses, but it wasn't one sided exactly. She let him live with her and he just paid their 100$ rent and utilities. SHE was much better looking than him. Feels like if you're ugly, you could still have a chance. So, you're chances are probably even better if you're attractive. This was like 2023ish when he was there.

I see, I definitely have Lima on my list just for Machu Pichu. Buenos Aires was actually my first solo international trip if you don't count the travel I did with family as a child. So far it has been my only trip to South America

I wouldn't know exactly about your geomaxxing experiences. But for sure, i assume most people go there under the impression, "hey! Low crime, short men, and not many tourists as Mexico! It must be easy!" You couldn't be more wrong. Most Peruvian girls are noticeably more materialistic and exploitive of the naive gringos that come there over other parts of the Southern Cone. Some will just come for a free $40 meal that they don't even finish and ghost you afterwards. They're very resistant to ONS or fucking unless you string them along multiple dates or manipulate them into a relationship. I wouldn't want to be stuck with somebody long term if they can't see beyond their next dinner date (I.e. all Peruvians).
