Non NT can just be social awkwardness or don't have much in common with most people, or kinda autistic cause you got vaxxed.
Horseface is probably caused by malnourishment as a kid, face didn't develop properly. That and possibly mouth breathing and mouth breathing is probably caused by too narrow face and allergies which come from malnourishment and messed up gut. It's a vicious cycle.
