No offense but from all your posts it seems quite clear you are trying to date someone over your league again and again, and betabuxxing for it.
Of course those girls are low quality because they are not attracted to you, they want your money and are pro gold diggers, which is why they go after old men too.
Most PPBs don't access most of the hot girls because they think they can buy any girl with money just because it is a poor country. Unless yourself are fit and fashion maxxed, and treat them with some respect, none of those girls will date you even if you offer money.

The world is westernizing at a crazy pace without us realizing it. In South America and China many women are highly educated with their own money. They don't need to be saved. If they talk to you, it will be because they like you. They're happy enough if a guy from the US or Europe will talk to them without talking about sex constantly, going to watch soccer all night or trying to control their lives.

Don't punch above your weight looks wise and don't brag about money. This whole thing will be more fun and easier that way.

or you suck at choosing women

something doesn't add up cause those countries have 1000s and 1000s of women that are happy to have a fun night or relationship without money involved, as long as you are somewhat looksmatched
