where did you stay in indonesia? just jakarta? i went to bandung and i quite liked it as well, more calm.
 
yeah i didnt really try the apps in bandung so maybe similar there. but i dont like the apps anymore i want a pure gf who hasnt slept around like that so when im living in sea im gonna try to meet girls organically

I have been to many other SEA countries but no country can compare to Indonesia. It's the best. Thailand used to be very good as well but that was pre-covid, now it's become way less interesting. I went to the Philippines last year and it was quite disappointing compared to Indonesia.

Yes, tattoos disgust me too. Girls are easy in the philippines, but only the ugly girls. So it's not very rewarding...

Oh yes, China is pretty decent too. I have been to Shanghai and I enjoyed it. I think it's actually one of the other gems besides Indonesia.

According to biggunsar is rapidly going downhill compared to just a few years ago, more and more white men roaming around. Personally i have been there recently but i didn't like it that much, it felt to me like a more chaotic and inconvenient Thailand, Jakarta is a logistical nightmare. The girls are ok if you like the SEA pheno but like 70% of them roam around with hijab so feels weird to cold approach. Also i think they just recently approved a law against sex before marriage or some wild muslim shit like that, i don't think it's actively enforced since it's SEA after all but it's something to consider, imagine the father or the brother of a girl that you fucked reporting you to the police lol

Yes, the new sex law is a bit scary but I'm ready to take the risk. As for going downhill over the past few years, I can't relate because the last time I went there was 3 years ago. It's sad, if it's true...

As for being a logistical nightmare, it's true but you can taper it down by living in Thamrin Residences. It's right next to a big mall and most girls are ok to meet up there.

I searched many times on reddit but apparently nobody has been "punished" by the sex law as for now. Also, I think that you can opt to pay a fine instead of getting 1 year of prison. I read it somewhere on an article.
 
its kinda crazy that Jakarta is now considered the biggest city in the world and they haven't built 1 area thats good and walkable

for what it's worth it seems to be more and more well known that Jakarta is one of the last untapped pussy markets, and i'm sure there's more white men, but from the sources i usually check its a very very small % of young guys that are going there
it may as well be 0, and especially compared to other cities, Jakarta is probably getting a bit worse, yes, but other popular cities are getting worse 10 times faster, so its still good in comparison

the sex law sucks but as long as you arent a complete dickhead the chances of something happening is going to be quite low

It's just that I don't see the added value compared to say China, prices are very similar and QOL is miles better there , more pleasant and walkable cities, more convenient. In Jakarta you take 1 hour in traffic to do 3km, there is no decent public transport, weather is terrible, you are basically forced to stay locked inside malls. I guess it makes sense if you have a strong preference for SEA pheno or if you are very very ugly and can't get shit in Thailand, Vietnam or China.

it's easier to stay in indo though. you can extend your tourist visa for 6 months.only have to do one visa run a year. a year is around 600 usd i believe. for china you have to do it every month? or get a student visa, but then you're forced to study and is more expensive.

personally i wouldn't mind once a month a short flight or hopping on the train to hong kong if i get a much better QOL the other 29 days but i'm more of a nomad, it's rare for me to stay more than a month in the same place while geomaxxing, i get bored, i need to keep moving

for older guys indonesia is probably better? 60 yo sexpat do well there, i can't imagine you can pull hotties as a fat old sexpat in China, paying or not
also easier to stay there, visas

but anyway its not like many people choose Jakarta, the amount of young guys there is close to 0
