I literally have abs, but there's little bit of fat that covers it if I'm not tensing

Like I'm not fat at all, just not 0% Body fat.

But I've had like 2-3 girls mention my belly or call me fat in a joking way despite I literally don't have one

I think lean is law

Need to get that permenwnt 6 pack that I've had my entire life until like the last 6 months ig

But then it's like I'm in SEA, do I really need to do this type of stuff, I'm pretty sure they just accept me how I am tbh but I always like to mog still in every aspect

lean body with abs/muscles is the equivalent of a 10/10 female body with big tits and ass

and i actually think it's not that hard to achieve while you are young, i feel like a 8/10 body can be done with 3 workouts per week, and eating somewhat healthy
that basically allows you to mog 90% of people bodywise

cardio is always good health wise, and has good benefits such as not getting tired while fucking after 3 minutes
if you do cardio, you can eat more calories

eating healthy to be lean = high protein, low calories

how easy it is for you? it depends on your eating habits....

for me it has been easy so far but i have never had a bad diet (no alcohol, no sugary drinks and i was already used to cook fairly healthy meals), i just missed a bunch of protein

To be honest I used to be fat so I lost quite a bit of weight. Now I’ve been pretty skinny for a while but still no abs (prolly around 15-18% bf). I find it extremely hard to cut further… especially since I’m in China and only eat out
 
you probably want to aim for a body like that for maximum aesthetics
with more abs though

more muscle and you are putting a ton of effort for nothing
less muscle and you look too skinny

only eating out at random restaurants will be hard, as the protein portion is usually small
