Yeah metabolism makes up for like 500 calories difference. Exersize can make you burn maybe 1000 if you try really hard but it boosts your appetite so you eat more. It's literally all dieting. I would say just drink a lot of coffee in the morning. It's a strong appetit suppresant.Also I know this works because I had a skinny friend that only ate once a day for his whole life and was rail thin. Asked me for advice in gaining weight and I told him to start eating more meals throughout the day. Gained a bunch of weight.
