Damn dude, this is such a good place to be as a young white htn. infinite opportunity it seems and cheap. I bet if you were high iq and spoke Chinese you could get into some high paying industries here for sure 1000%.
Don’t learn from Guangdong ppl or you’ll have the equivalent of African American from south accent, seriously

do the hoes like that accent aswell? (don't care about ugly bitches)
Why would you speak chinese for women…

DO YOU THINK ARVID GUSTAVSON IS SPEAKING CHINESE TO THESE CHINK WHORES

But you don’t have to worry about this really since it would take years before you even start developing an accent, if you do

i'm just curious friend, it's like when foids say british accents are hot

Cantonese mogs tbh
Cantonese itself is intolerable to my ears but the way they speak Mandarin in Guangdong can be pleasant.

The Manchus invading and getting absorbed and dying out as an ethnic group/country was a worthy sacrifice for their influence on Mandarin. If most Chinese people today spoke a dialect similiar to Cantonese I don't think I could live in China lol

not that easy anymore, the days of hiring white monkeys are gone
their job market is flooded with millions of unemployed nerds willing to work for pennies

people still out there only weighing how much pussy you will get from learning a language. i will keep saying it, studying languages mogs as a hobby if you can actually get into it. i met cool chinese people who i vibe and keep in touch with and i still study/add to my flashcards every day.

just make it a habit, this shit will probably keep dementia away when i am in my 60s, keep your mind sharp and keep expanding the amount of people you are able to talk with. 'bro studying mandarin is cringe' jfl get off the computer, i dont make it a big thing in real life, and when people do find out i learn mandarin they instantly consider me high iq

Shenzhen for mandarin language program for two semesters
Sadly I'll be back in Assmerica right on my bday right if end date lines up. But I'll just speedrun online uni and start job hunt for teaching job
Nice me too.

I’d rather spend my birthday in my home country with family fs

Agreed I also don't get the mentality of not becoming fluent in Chinese cause it's an "ick" or "jestering" or whatever else for Chinese girls. Most Chinese women don't even speak English at all, do you honestly think you can get away with only speaking B1/HSK3 to them for anything serious? Even if they speak a little english and are exposed to Western culture, how do you expect to communicate with them on a deeper level and also with their friends and family?

Anyways besides women, it will make your life a lot easier assuming you want to live there long term, more so outside the biggest cities.

i see your point but i don't think studying languages in and of itself is cringe, it's actually awesome and rewarding.

what's cringe is when people hard-study japanese honorifics or handwrite 5000 traditional chinese characters JUST for puss
