this works because you have to use your core to stabilize yourself so you don’t fall. at first when i started doing this type of training, it was difficult and i nearly fell a few times

but nowadays you can put me on any subway in the world and i won’t fall. that’s how strong my abs are

you can also do horseback riding as i noticed my abs were much better after 2 weeks of riding horses for 8+ hours a day
 
Haha I remember on a bus trip I was next to a girl and the bus was making sharp turns so I would stand up straight when she leaned my way and lean into her when I had the excuse to lean her way.
