If you also have issues sleeping through like me, Melatonin doesn‘t really do the job then. I’m still experimenting. Maybe some of the other drug heads have some good advice here? @AlexBrown84
I‘m testing Eszopiclone currently, it‘s similar to Zopiclone (Ambien). Do you have experiences with both?Use ambien
Eszopiclone lasts longer and helps more than ambien in keeping one asleep, however ambien seems to have better influence on sleep architecture and memory consolidation and helps more in getting one to sleep.
