I’ll go first

I’ll admit I’ve fell off quite a bit compared to last years expedition around china, and it’s shown in my body composition. atleast i can cope due to needing the fat for my surgery recovery

10-12k usually. No effort
Supposedly anything past 8-10k is diminishing returns for general physical health purposes

More or less the same. I jog 4 miles a day which is 6-8k, including whatever else i do is probably around 10,000 a day in total.
