How many foreigners are there in Seoul?

I'm constantly seeing white and black foreigners on Seoul's Tinder.

In reality, is it that bad?

most of them spoof their location

and there are military bases that attract a lot of americans to seoul during the weekend

but obviously just don’t go to areas like itaewon hongdae and gangnam
