Advice How do you deal stray mutts in SEA countries?

As you know there are many worthless stray mutts (w*stern white women's homeless boyfriends), how do you deal with them? Have you ever attacked by those 4-legged terrorists?

Mexico has meaner street dogs than PH or Thailand. Got bit hard by a mean little fucker last winter in Sonora. Often it seems they use aggression against humans to establish pack dominance. One plus of Mexico is that there are always small rocks laying around, so if a dog starts giving you a hard time, just give one a throw. Gets your hand dirty, but it is very effective.

Philippine dogs in particular were very easygoing and never showed any signs of aggression toward me. I doubt an aggressive dog would be allowed to roam around long in a place with so many small kids in the street.
