Indians and Pakis are better to hire for Internet marketing stuff and creating software etc

To me they just seem more skilled

I liked pinoys cos low wages and good English, but it's not like in their culture to be tech savvy, there's barely any talent there. They're just customer servicecels

But in South Asia basically every Indian guy is an seo linkbuilder and knows all the tricks and very tech savvy, they actually have online skills

But I think slightly less English but still good enough
 
Indians are shit at marketing. The agency I'm at had just experienced tons of client churn because some indians were managing the accounts and were borderline retarded and could barely complete simple tasks

i would probably rather go for filipinos too. i sat in a few hr meetings where some indians were interviewed for developer positions and found they had a tendency to exaggerate their skills. it's probably a cultural thing. i also asked them some questions that they clearly didn't know the answers to and they just made some bullshit up, so i voted against them. in the end we hired a russian guy who answered my question if he had a certain (optional) skill with a simple "no". i'd rather have someone credible on my team than someone pretentious who will fuck things up when it gets important, just because they don't admit what they don't know or can't do.

Exactly, lots of people here think having a successful online biz is easy and the work can be easily outsourced. Biz owners are much wiser now and I frequently get asked if I outsource work. I only will work with whites or east asians. People very leery of any work involving indians now
