Good for using real exchange rates instead of official ones. Are there any good countries that have money exchange issues this could fix?

Seems like it is available even in the first world because it is used for remittances.
A money transfer system where the operators just trust each other enough to transfer money unofficially just on their own honor. So store owners in different countries belong to the same clan or religion or have a good reputation, one of them takes money from customers on one side and on the other their friend shells out money for the people who come through with the right code.
