Just eat more high protein foods and drink protein shakes. You will be fuller longer and will maintain muscle mass. Lift weights too.
 
What do u eat to not be fat
Run a high protein diet and have a caloric deficit. Run somewhere between 500-1000 calories under what your maintenance is until you’re the weight you want. Easy trick is to buy protein bars whenever you get the urge to snack just eat one and you should stay full.
