you don't need more than a total of 1 mg per week. try taking 0.2 mg or 0.5 mg two days a week

0.2 will inhibit 65% of DHT in the hair follicles and the half life in scalp tissue is 4-5 days. i had sides on a high dose too but once i started using less my dick started to work. or you could try dut
