Easy visa SEA

What countries in SEA have easy visas that aren't too expensive and allow you to live there at least 6 months? I'm burnt out from my job and am thinking of geomaxxing for a year and maybe do some remote work. I want to live really cheaply max $1000 a month.

It’s extremely doable in rural areas. You can rent a small house in Vietnam for $300 usd a month in a small city that isn’t that bad

Yeah but its not the life i want to live yet - power outages, lots of comfort of going out taken away, its only good if you are rebuilding life or starting a family

Also pretty sure nobody in Vietnam speaks English in province so Im not sure why someone would rent there if they don't speak Viet + visa issues

I just want freedom, endless days where I have no obligations in sight. I don't care for frivolous luxuries. Whenever I spent my hard earned dinero on some expensive junk, I regret it the next day as I'm already bored of whatever I bought. The things that make me happy are peace and freedom.
