Any of you got good dating app bios or tips to use in countries you are travelling?

I understand quite well how to structure your profile in terms of pics but i suck at bios. There seems to be many that recommend some shitty joke they found on the internet as bio, but i always found it cringe and something non native wont understand. Or a list of country you come from, hobbies, job but i find that somewhat boring.

9/10 times its gonna sound autistic so just say nothing, or write the city youre in

@Marco Pumpo I'm not traveling. I live near a big city and I'll be looking for girls there. Should I just leave the bio blank like the other guys are saying or should I use a different strategy?

leave it blank

flag of your country (only if it’s america uk denmark or sweden)

say what city you’re in and then add for a week

rest is jestermaxxing

Too many people trauma dump like a jester in their bio. Ideally your pics should do most of the talking and start the conversation

Depends on the dating app. Some force you to fill out some questions. On something like tinder it‘s not necessary, your success will be determined by the pictures anyway.

Yeah 1 year later i think bio is mostly useless as long as you dont write any big red flags

keep it short, 3-4 lines max
either list some of your hobbies and things that will make you look good (eg: height if you are tall, job if its a good one....)
or just put something funny that will help start conversations

I just write "hello( in the countries native language) nice to meet you", and how long you staying the country. Dating apps make you fill out those questions about yourself and hobbies so no need to write too much in your bio, was never good at coming up with what to say.

hi, I'm Rance
i like (hobby 1,), (hobby 2), and (hobby 3)
日本語がんばてる (<-- line in your target language that says something like "I'm learning the target language". If your target language is Chinese, you should be using a chengyu here instead)

done, copy this, and stop thinking about it
