Personally, I can't stand it. It's basically like a spicy more fishy version of sauerkraut. For many years I tried to like it, but it's just not my thing.

Yeah the best Korean food seems to be foreign inspired or completely from outside of the country to begin with; usually Western, Chinese, or Japanese influences it seems (for the stuff that’s actually edible)…
