I went to Bogota 2 months ago and I found it very disappointing for fucking women (white guy, 6 feet tall, early thirties, speak spanish) :

- I got barely more matches on dating apps than back home

not a lot of people are willing to relocate long term in Indonesia or whatever third world country just for pussy, it seems like what is being taken away with the global situation getting worse is the chance of living in a relatively good QOL country while also enjoy a great dating market

I have been to Colombia, Peru and Mexico :
- Colombia and Peru sucked.
- Mexico was good to me.

It's possible that I am getting older and less attractive (I am in my early thirties), but I don't think this is the reason because in Colombia I used pictures of me of a few years ago and I still didn't get many matches. It's not that I met up with lots of girls and they rejected me, it's that I didn't even get the opportunity to meetup with lots of girls.
