There has never been a big clubbing culture in China and many of the "clubs" are really just sit down venues where guys drink and watch girls dance or are actually ktvs.

I havent been to China but I heard good stuff about it- I would enjoy the food for sure

clubs in europe have been around since the 60s. in china it's a newer thing so it's more popular among the younger crowd. chengdu and chongqing are huge for clubs

yeah so its not popular at all, clubs in china are more of a niche
its 10 to 100 times smaller than what you would find in Europe if you compared population
