why would clubs be any different in any part of the world? everyone wants to have fun, and women aren't going to clubs to meet "mr right". clubs will always be a hookup culture.

Agreed in spirit but to be fair clubs are allegedly very very different in most of China compared to the West. Usually not much of an open dancefloor, more tables, etc.
