Basically you look at most Chinese cities and they have a system of rings

You’ll want to live in as close to the city center as possible for best qol, I’d say not the smallest ring but second, because the first usually has too many tourists

Tier 1 is very expensive though. Xiamen must be better

This goes for probably every major city in the world, but yeah definitely the case in China as well. QOL and cleanliness basically becomes SEA esque outside the 3rd ring from what I’ve seen
