dude, your main problem is the haircut.
it's alright if you like long hair but the hair on the sides sticking out from your head is a no go! that is out of fashion since mid 90s and it makes your hair look like a helmet.

I’d throw that shirt out, also the Kirby shirt. Your beard is decent, it’s really the hair that needs to be shortened a lot, try a warrior cut as I believe that would suit you.

I wouldn't say he necessarily needs a buzz, just shortened to about an inch. I don't trust this guy with complex hair advice, so yeah a buzz on the sides and back is the easy fix.
Ask for a number 6 (3/4 inch) taper around the sides and back
Trim on top, don't remove too much hair
Cut the front straight along the eyebrow line
