idk man i've seen it irl in the states plus all over social media. maybe these guys aren't hideously ugly but in the west they'd definitely be incel if they were white girls only.

think prime bladee, ecco2k, titanic leo dicaprio. they're into tall, pretty guys who would be thought of as gay in the west. the more innocent and youthful you look, the better. it's not about jawlines and being muscular as much as it is about being soft with a full head of hair
