Think about it this way. Imagine if white people were given a pass at any and all bad behavior. Of COURSE we would take advantage of it. And imagine if the establishment eventually connected the dots and pointed out our bad behavior, we could simply pull out our cloak of "dats racist" protection +10. Every time. Which destroys any discussion about our bad behavior, or have other races say it's not our fault we are disadvantaged. (again, giving us an excuse for our bad behavior)

Just recently a police commissioner stated (i don't remember which state) that they were going to remove public viewing of mug shots cause it's mostly brown and black people and that's turning people racist.
