I think currently illegal aliens have babies in the USA to gain legal residency. I'm not sure how this works, but it should be changed so that the anchor baby isn't a citizen until he or she four or so anchor baby siblings. When he has the determined number of siblings born in the US, he and them should become citizens. If the mother doesn't make siblings for him or her, they should be deported. This would increase the birth rate for non-citizens because the mother would want legal residency for herself and citizenship for her kids. The left should support this because they want non-Whites to replace Whites because non-Whites vote for the left; however, perhaps it should be the right wing who supports this because a lot of immigrants might be deported and those who aren't might be conservative (conservatives have more children). Even if left wingers have more children, non-Whites shouldn't be allowed to vote so it won't have a negative effect on elections. This isn't xenophobic, but rather xenophilic because it's wanting immigrants to be in greater numbers. To further raise the non-White birth rate, abortion can be banned.
